• Editorial references in articles or reviews, provided the trademark is used accurately
• Always use the ™ symbol when referencing our marks (e.g., “LCP™” not just “LCP”)

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from TechAlmas LLP, you may NOT:

• Use our trademarks in your company name, product name, domain name, or social media handle
• Create derivative marks that are confusingly similar to ours
• Use our logo in a modified form (altered colours, proportions, or elements)
• Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with emblit.ai
• Use “Lead Closing Probability” or “LCP” to describe a competing product
• Register domains or social handles that incorporate our marks

Proprietary Technology

The following constitute proprietary technology and trade secrets of TechAlmas LLP:

• The LCP™ scoring algorithm, including signal categories, weighting model, and calibration methodology
• The Ember™ AI engine, including conversation analysis models and data extraction logic
• The emblit.ai platform architecture, including multi-tenant data isolation and real-time scoring pipeline
