Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Techalmas (“we,” “us,”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with emblit, our WhatsApp-first AI lead platform (“the Service”). It covers both the businesses that use emblit (“customers”) and the individuals whose information is processed through it (“leads”).
In short: we process the lead and conversation data our customers bring to or create in emblit, so the Service can capture, qualify, score, reply to, and follow up with leads. We use trusted providers (Meta for WhatsApp, an AI provider for qualification and replies, and secure infrastructure). We encrypt data, keep each customer's data separate, and honour opt-outs. We don't sell personal data.
Who is responsible for your data
For lead and conversation data inside a customer's workspace, the customer (the brokerage) is the controller and decides how that data is used; emblit acts as a processor on the customer's behalf. For account and website data, emblit is the controller. If you are a lead and want your data changed or removed, please contact the brokerage you spoke with, or reach us and we will route your request.
Information we collect
- From customers:name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, team details, and account settings.
- From leads (via the customer's connected channels): name, phone number, WhatsApp messages and conversation content, lead source, and qualification details such as stated budget, timeline, location, and property interest.
- Automatically: usage logs, device and browser information, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- to capture leads from WhatsApp, Meta Lead Ads, and customer-provided sources (website via API, CSV/Excel import);
- to qualify leads and calculate the Lead Closing Probability (LCP™) score;
- to generate AI replies and drafts, send messages you authorise, and summarise conversations;
- to create follow-up, callback, and meeting reminders, and (where connected) calendar events;
- to provide dashboards, support, security, and to improve the Service;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
WhatsApp & Meta
emblit connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Messages you send and receive are processed by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. We process the contents of those conversations to deliver the Service's features (qualification, scoring, replies, summaries). We follow Meta's guidelines for WhatsApp Business API usage and honour opt-out/STOP requests.
AI processing
To qualify leads, score LCP™, draft replies, and summarise conversations, relevant conversation text is processed by third-party AI providers (for example, large-language-model and text-embedding services) and stored in a secure vector database to enable retrieval. We use providers that act on our instructions and do not use your data to train their public models, to the extent provided in our agreements with them. AI output is assistive and may be reviewed by the customer's team.
How we share information
We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us run emblit (Meta, AI providers, hosting and database infrastructure, and similar subprocessors), under contracts that require them to protect it; (b) authorities where required by law; and (c) a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition.We do not sell personal data and do not share lead data across customer accounts.
Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), tenant isolation so each customer's data is logically separated, access controls, and opt-out handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customers can request deletion of their workspace data; we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and backups.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@emblit.ai. If you are a lead, you can also ask the brokerage you contacted. We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including, where relevant, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
