Emblit is a digitally delivered SaaS service. We do not ship physical goods. There is nothing to post or courier, and no shipping, handling or delivery charges apply to anything you buy from TechAlmas LLP.
You receive access to the Emblit software over the internet, at emblit.ai, using your own login. There is no hardware, no disc, no printed manual and no physical package.
Access is provided electronically once the requirements for it are met — your account has been created, any payment due has been confirmed, and any setup steps that apply to your plan are complete. We will tell you when your access is ready.
Free trial access is provided electronically when you register.
Emblit works with your own WhatsApp Business Account through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Connecting it is a separate setup step, and parts of it — including review and approval by Meta — are handled by Meta and are outside our control. Timing for that step therefore depends on Meta, not on us. We will help you through it.
Emblit is delivered over the internet. From time to time we may carry out maintenance, updates or other service work, and we try to keep disruption short and provide reasonable notice where we can.
