Governing your access to and use of the emblit.ai platform.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of emblit, a WhatsApp-first AI lead-conversion platform for real estate teams (“emblit,” the “Service”), operated by Techalmas (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, joining a pilot, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the Terms): emblit helps your team capture, qualify, score, reply to, and follow up with WhatsApp and Meta leads. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account. Our AI assists your team — it does not guarantee sales or viewings. You own your data; we own the platform. During the pilot the Service is free for qualifying teams.
emblit is a software platform that connects to your WhatsApp Business account through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and helps you receive, qualify, score, respond to, summarise, and follow up with leads. emblit is a verified Meta Tech Provider. We are not a reseller of WhatsApp services and do not provide you with a WhatsApp number — you connect and use your own.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You may add team members (owner, manager, and agent roles); you remain responsible for their use of the Service.
During the current pilot phase, emblit is offered free of charge to qualifying real estate teams. Pilot access may be subject to onboarding, usage limits, and a pilot agreement. Founding Member terms (including a discount of 50% off the chosen plan for 24 months for the first ten qualifying UAE brokerages) are offered at our discretion and confirmed in writing at the point of joining. Full public pricing is expected to open later in 2026. We may modify or end the pilot or the Founding Member programme at any time, on reasonable notice.
To use emblit you must connect your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), business phone number, and approved message templates. You are responsible for complying with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and for obtaining any required opt-in from the people you message. You acknowledge that Meta charges its own fees for certain messages, billed at Meta's rates; emblit adds no markup to those fees.
You agree not to use the Service to:
emblit uses artificial intelligence to qualify leads, generate a Lead Closing Probability (LCP™) score, draft and (where enabled) automatically send WhatsApp replies, and summarise conversations. These features are assistive and probabilistic.AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed by your team. The LCP™ score is an estimate, not a prediction or guarantee. emblit does not guarantee any specific outcome, including replies, viewings, meetings, conversions, or sales. You are responsible for messages sent from your account, including those sent automatically while auto-reply is enabled.
As between you and us, you own the lead and conversation data you bring to or generate within the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide and process that data, including any required consents.
The pilot is free. After the pilot, paid plans are billed by the number of new leads per month (not per message), as described to you at the time pricing is introduced. Founding Member discounts, where granted, apply for 24 months from activation on the plan you start on. Taxes may apply. We will give reasonable notice before any charges begin.
The Service, including all software, the LCP™ scoring methodology, “emblit”, “Ember”, “Lead Closing Probability”, and related names and logos, are owned by Techalmas and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you. See our Trademark Notice.
The Service relies on third parties including Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) and AI and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services through emblit may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, during a free pilot, a nominal amount as permitted by law).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or others, or as required by law or by Meta's policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
